Upgrade StorageWord Processor Page Problem- Cite Pane Blank - HELP!
Hi,
I am having multiple issues with my Zotero program on my PC, specifically the "microsoft word plug ins." My Zotero tab is visible on Word but an error pops up of " Zotero could not load the component necessary to communicate with your word processor. Go to Tools → Add-ons → Extensions in Zotero and make sure that the extension for your word processor is enabled." However, on the Zotero program my Add-ons is completely disabled and my "cite" page does not include the tabs for enabling Microsoft word plug-ins- it only contains a checked box of "use classic add citation dialog."
Every forum is telling me to make sure the microsoft word plug ins are enabled under the "cite" tab- but what happens when it's blank AND I can't even navigate the add-ons tab.
I have logged out of my account and have confirmed that it is working on a Macbook.
I am extremely frustrated and would really appreciate any advice! Thank you.
