Adding a user with an existing account

An account was created for us at Bates College. We need to add faculty members to this account for shared use as it was the 15 license lab account. The member that is the lead for this cannot be added due to having their own existing Zotero account. Is there a way to add them?
  • I'm a bit confused -- do you want to add them to the lab? because that's certainly possible with an existing account.

    The managing user will have a link at the top of their storage settings (https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage) to "Manage Storage for [Lab name]" where they can add email addresses for users that should receive unlimited storage.

    If any of your users registered with a different email address, you can either include that email address in your subscription, or they can add their institutional address to their account when they're logged in at https://www.zotero.org/settings/account
    It does not need to be their primary email address. It just needs to be added to their account and verified.
