Unable to save to Zotero

I get an error message when I try saving a document to Zotero.
Kindly advise how I can resolve this

Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for reloading the PDF and trying to save?

Likely one of the limitations of Safari:

Gated PDFs may not be saved on some sites
