[UI Err] Citation box in word has a gray border

    I don't use any UI customizations.

    Try running in Troubleshooting Mode (Help -> Restart in Troubleshooting Mode) and see if it still occurs. If it does not, one of your extensions is causing it.

    It's also has this UI bug. Can you post a normal picture about citation bar.
