Won't import data from EBSCoHost

I was given error number 32818898 and asked to report it. When I find an article at ebscohost, the URL shows the Zotero icon, but clicking it produces a "could not save item" error. I'm working on a new Mac with FF 3.6 and the latest Zotero. I have had no trouble with books from, e.g. Library of Congress, but with EBS... I have a 100 per cent failure rate.
