Word crashing every time I try to insert a citation

    My Zotero is absolutely crashing (shutting down Microsoft Word entirely) every time I try to insert a citation. Is there some kind of database overload occurring when everyone is using Zotero for finals?

    No, that has nothing to do with other people. Zotero is a local program that runs on your computer.
