Question: How to automate importing like-named files under single Zotero parent

Let's say I have a bunch of like-named files organized as follows:
* Document1.pdf, Document1.docx, Document1.xlsx, Document1.zip
* Document2.pdf, Document2.doc, Document2.xlsx
* Document3.pdf, Document3.doc, Document3.xls, Document3.zip
* Document4.pdf, Document4.docx, Document4.xls
* ...
* DocumentN.pdf, DocumentN.docx, DocumentN.xlsx, DocumentN.zip

In Zotero 7, is there a way to automate importing these files into Zotero so that each like-named group of files (with various extensions) can be imported as children under a single like-named Zotero parent item created from the pdf? For example:
* Zotero "Document1" created from Document1.pdf receives child items Document1.docx, Document1.xlsx, Document1.zip
* Zotero "Document2" created from Document2.pdf receives child items Document2.doc, Document2.xlsx
* Zotero "Document3" created from Document3.pdf receives child items Document3.doc, Document3.xls, Document3.zip
* Zotero "Document4" created from Document4.pdf receives child items Document4.docx, Document4.xls
* ...
* Zotero "DocumentN" created from DocumentN.pdf receives child items DocumentN.docx, DocumentN.xlsx, DocumentN.zip
