Multiple Citations using Vancouver

Help!
How do I select multiple citations please?
When I go into zotero, click control and select citations, and select multiple entries, I still only end up with the first citation selected.
Please help, its driving me insane.

Could you post a screenshot? I'm not quite sure what you are referring to. Also, which Zotero version?
