Zotero 7 add citation

I have updated the Zotero from v6 to v7. I have a problem that when I add new citation in word, it consistently comes up with "Zotero experienced an error updating your document." I have tried the possible solutions in the troubleshooting instructions, but it does not work.

Please describe in detail what happened at each step of the troubleshooting instructions. The final step by definition either leads to an empty document or fixing of the problem, so it can't "not work".
