Upgrade Storagenumbered in text citations not comma-separated

On 3 different computers (2 mac, 1 windows), using the MS word plugin with Zotero 6, the citations in the text look like this: blah blah blah 23455677 (superscripted), instead of: blah blah blah 23,45,56,77. I have tried various styles (nature, nature medicine, and a couple of others. It used to be fine. The actual word doc was created by using insert note from the better notes document in zotero. I downloaded new styles but no change.

adamsmithHave you tried hitting refresh? If that doesn't work, this sounds like a betterNotes issue. Afaik you are the only person reporting this.
