Zotero connector has no way of adding a note?

Such a simple but extremely useful thing that I miss - when I'm saving an article to Zotero via the browser extension, I can add tags to it, but I cannot write a note like "has a good paragraph about blahblah" or "may be useful later for XY" and so on. Why do I have to manually find the new article in my library and add the note there? So many more clicks distracting me from my workflow.
Is there a way to make this happen?

    You don't actually have to find the new item — the new item will be selected in your library automatically. You just need to switch to Zotero.
