Item titles are collapsed in record listing but hover and get full title

Thank you. Is this new with a recent version of beta 7? Have I not noticed this UI benefit and it has already existed? I am very pleased. This saves me adjusting the column width to see more of the title.

This is working in the Items Tree and in the Collections Pane.
It would be nice to get this to work also in the Item Pane:
