save/export annotated html snapshot with all annotated text colors preserved

How do I save/export annotated html snapshot with all annotated text colors preserved when opening it in a web browser?

    Similar to a Firefox extension SingleFile, where you can also annotate and color the webpage - when you save that webpage as html, all of the annotations and colors are embedded into the html itself. Upon opening this html with extension, you can undo/delete or just turn off any annotation made prior.
    This second part is very important, especially if you want to preserve a webpage for archive purposes, while also having a possibility of annotation without settling for permanent annotations within that html.

    Is this a possibility in Zotero?
    Looks like Zotero saves html annotations made in Zotero in additional files.
