Bookmarked website' snapshot appears with strange characters

Elementary OS 7.1 guest, Virtualbox 7.0, Windows 11 host

Under Elementary OS I saved a website (https://www.cofetariapetrisor.ro/home) and in the snapshot strange characters appear. The same Zotero version under Windows saves the snapshot correctly.

Sure, the 1st one is taken with Zotero under Windows 11 latest version, the second under Elementary OS.
