Upgrade StorageNumbering is Off
Hi,
I am driving myself crazy trying to fix this. My document starts numbering references at 2. My citation that is #1 on my bibliography and that appears as a #1 in the document is actually like my 19th reference. I am not sure what's goin on and feel like I am going to scream! Please help.
