Upgrade Storage[Zotero 7 Beta] "Open PDF in New Tab" in the Locate menu
From My Library, the Locate menu shows:

From the PDF Reader tab:

The "Open PDF in New Tab" should probably be removed from the menu in the PDF Reader tab, as it does not do anything?
I am not sure if it is really useful also in the main tab. But if it is useful, why not also add "Open PDF in New Window", as from a right-click on the item in the Items Tree?
