Group libraries not appearing in left pane

Using firefox 3.6 and Zotero 2.0 none of my groups appear in the left pane. I get no sync errors or any other sort of errors, just nothing in left pane. I installed Zotero for a new firefox profile and that seems to work, but would rather use zotero with the old profile as have lots of other things set-up in it. Any ideas?

make sure you're syncing under the right username
try disabling any FF theme you might be using
try disabling all other extension

in that order.

thanks for the response. Went through your list, but am still having no luck getting my groups to show up.
