syncerror when "@" in username
Hi there,
I have to report a minor error in the syncing process:
I have the username "olaf@work" whith wich I can login without problem on the website. When I fill in this username in the sync preferences the sync-process does not work and gives the error "username/password not accepted". When I alternatively use my e-mailadress it works fine. This is reproducible (work with zotero 2.0, firefox 3.6, windows XP).
I think maybe because the "@" in the username it is automatically interpreted as e-mail adresse and than looked up in the wrong table for?
Since the workaround by using the e-mail address is no big deal I consider this a minor error. Just wanted to tell this in case of anyone has the same problem and is looking for a solution.
All the best,
olaf

that was most helful. I'm a 'newbie' and had the same problem to initiate my first synch. In my case there is a space in my Username (Tadhg Coakley) and Zotero didn't seem to like it. But when I put in my email address it synched just fine.
Thanks,
Tadhg
