How to get the DOI to become a hyperlink (reference list in word)?

Dear all,
I've imported my references from Zotero through Words plug in "Insert citation". The references all have DOI, but there is no hyperlink when I'm doing it this way.

Is there any solution to update or manage my references so the hyperlinks will work?

You can use the Word "Auto Format" functionality to make hyperlinks active. Note though that this is something related to Word, not Zotero itself.
