Can't set Linked Attachment Base Directory - Zotero 7

When I try and set the LABD in Zotero 7 I get the following error: PathUtils.joinRelative: Could not append to path: NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing this?
