Getting blank citation entry when using Vancouver Style or Journal of Molecular Biology Style

I was just helping a patron who wanted to build a bibliography using Journal of Molecular Biology Style, so we added it to her style list and selected it, but what happens when she goes to add the citation is all that appears is the citation number [1] and not the actual citation, even though it's in her library. She's got Zotero open, the computer has been rebooted, but it still presents a blank citation. Any other troubleshooting suggestions? Thanks!

Those are numeric styles — [1] is the citation. To see the bibliography, you need to use Add/Edit Bibliography at the end of the document to actually insert a bibliography.
