Does anyone know any cloud provider that has supports Webdav with good data transfer speed?

I already tried Webdav with Onedrive and https://infini-cloud.net but Webdav was really slow in both cases. For example, the upload of the whole Zotero folder was done at a speed under 7.7 Mbps, less than 1MByte most of the time:

My Internet speed both for upload and download is around 90-95Mbps, almost 12 MBytes:

Therefore there is room for improvement in the speed I see in Webdav but for some reason it is really slow.
Do you know how to improve the speed of Webdav? Such a slow speed makes using it with Zotero unfeasible.

Koofr has been working well for me. They have a 10GB free tier. But still, webdav is not a fast protocol, so don't get your hopes up.

@goahead97 Yes, I was referring to using Koofr's webdav with Zotero, as you asked about. And yes, I use webdav without having noticeable speed issues. Of course, the first sync is more substantial, when you are uploading the whole library.
