Translator plugin now working in Item Pane on Windows Z7 Beta 71

Thank you to Windingwind and all involved for the integration of the Translator plugin into the new v7 item pane. Looks great! Very nice to have access to plugins and reference info in one pane. I see that the Copy and Stand alone buttons are not yet working, but the translation portion seems to be functioning well.
