Zotero Storage
Hi,
In our group, we previously had unlimited storage. However, now it's indicating that storage is full, and our staff are not able to upload any documents. Please advise on what could be the issue.

Group storage counts against the group owner's quota. You're currently the owner of the group, but you don't have (and have never had) a storage subscription. Since the group is well above the free quota, presumably it was transferred to you from someone who had a subscription. You'll need to add a subscription yourself or transfer it to someone else with a subscription.
