Trouble finding group in Zotero app

Hello, I have created a group online where I can see and edit through the website. I have trouble finding it on the app on Mac, where I synced but the group still hasn't shown up on the left panel. The debug ID is D1708418260. Thank you in advance!

    You're syncing with a different account. The one that you're syncing and that has data isn't the one that you're posting from and that owns a group. You can see that your personal library under this account is empty in the online library. You should transfer the group to the other account and then delete this account.
