can login to forum but invalid for sync?

hi everyone I am changing my laptop and need to sync files but failed as it says my user name or password invalid. Clearly I can login the forum..so Im extremely confused. I tried changing my password but no use. Could anyone help? Thanks a lot in advance!

It looks like you were just entering your username incorrectly — you put the numbers in the wrong order.
