Scholar AI (on chatgpt plus) cannot access my zotero account. Why?

I set all the permissions necessary for it to operate but an error pops up and Scholar AI gpt is unable to add papers to my Zotero account. Did anyone have a similar experience or have a suggestion?

    You'd have to ask whoever makes that. We have nothing to do with that.
