Chicago Full Notes - endnotes are abbreviated

Hi, I need to have the endnotes show the full reference for each note, but only abbreviated is showing for 2nd ref to same doco. ALSO, need these to actually be formatted with "last, first." format.

What's this for? What you're describing is very much not Chicago style.

An article for journal. Journal says to use Chicago Style and check samples of previous articles to check formating. Articles I looked at had full references in their endnotes

Oh, that is Chicago, but I do see them using short versions, see e.g. note 9 here: https://er.educause.edu/articles/2024/2/a-new-data-mindset-creating-equitable-student-outcomes-and-vibrant-communities
I think if you use the version that always uses short notes for subsequent citations, that should work: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:chicago-fullnote-bibliography-short-title-subsequent
