Zotero is not updating bibliography

I get an error while trying to update my bibliography. It worked at first but then wouldn't update so I tried everything on the troubleshooting page. I am using google docs and zotero by the way.

    You did not try everything on that page or you would have provided more information as requested at the bottom.

    It's working now, I restarted my computer then restarted zotero and google docs.
