iPad not syncing properly

I have purchased unlimited quota. I see on my online library that my computer is synced.my iPad doesn't sync. Hereby I provide the debug while I reset sync on my iPad. D486964269

What do you mean by "my iPad doesn't sync", exactly?

for what to check and what we'd need to help further. A Debug ID alone isn't enough.
