Zotero connector on Chrome issues - not downloading references

Hello, I keep having issues with Zotero Connector where when I want to save an article to Zotero from a website with metadata, it only offers Webpage with snapshot. Then I remove the connector from Chrome plugins, and add it again, it solves the issue temporarily, and then the next day I have to do it again.
