Proquest article access

New to Proquest -- I click on a Proquest/eLibrary source saved in Zotero collection and am directed to a Proquest login page instead right through to my univ access. (EBSCO works w/o more logging in). Do students (and I) need a Proquest account separate from our univ access if they want to open a source in a shared Group I set up? Want to make this clear and easy for students. Thanks!

    This doesn't really have much to do with Zotero. ProQuest is a subscription database that (generally? always?) doesn't allow any access without a subscription. So a link to ProQuest wouldn't be accessible to others.

    If a PDF and/or snapshot of the article page is saved, you and others would be able to access those without logging in.
