Zotero and Word on Apple keep bugging

I use Zotero 6.0.37 and Word 16.16.27 and lately I keep having problems when trying to quote from Zotero, it's either an "integration error" or this message: "Zotero could not perform this action. Please ensure that a document is open. If you have performed a custom installation of Office, you may need to run the installer again, ensuring that "Visual Basic for Applications" is selected.", or a similar one asking me to check the compatibility with Rosetta. I have to restart my computer and quit the apps several times a day. How can I solve this? It is really time consuming and frustrating.

    Did you confirm that Word isn't set to run under Rosetta, as explained in the latest message?
