Manually rearranging bibliography

Is there a way to manually rearraning a bilbiography in a Word document? I want to rearrange it so that it has articles from ACM, IEEE, JSTOR and ScienceDirect, and other websites not mixed up.

You can manually edit by clicking the Add/Edit Bibliography button in word and rearranging the items in the popup window.

But for your use case, it might be easier to edit your CSL style and add <key variable="source"/> to the top of the bibliography sort list.

I can't drag referenceses at all in that window.
