Upgrade StoragePlugin Settings option disappears from Preferences in Zotero for Mac

Initially, it was the sci-PDF plugin that suddenly didn't show up in the preferences, other plugins did, then I uninstalled and reinstalled all the plugins, and upgraded Zotero to the latest version, none of which solved the problem, and now it's all of them!
