Thanks for being so prompt. I was trying to import from the web. Nothing was coming across. I was getting the drop down saying saving to zotero but then an error occured message and was being directed to troubleshooting guide. I followed the steps and ended up in advanced settings after resetting translators, reinstalling the chrome connector. Now I don't get the drop down saying saving to Z. At one point it was saying Z was disabled....i'm not real confident and am working to an assignment deadline so not thinking entirely clearly.

I have been able to import google search pages and some zotero documentation but not journal articles from, for example, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2888910/
