The Video Owner/Creator does not appear when using Item Type Video Recording with IEEE.
This is the correct format for Online Video according to IEEE
Video Owner/Creator, Location (if available). Title of Video: In Initial Caps. (Release date). Accessed: Month Day, Year. [Online Video]. Available: http://URL.onlinevideo.org
Examples:

Have also tried using Item Type Film and TV Broadcast but the same problem occurs.
