zotera entries can't be searched, documents can be found in storage.

The documents are on the c-drive, but there are no entries in zotera.

    You're saying you have an empty library with the welcome message when you open Zotero?

    You may have accidentally deleted your Zotero database. See Locating Missing Zotero Data.

    I still don't know what you mean, but if you're seeing an empty library in Zotero, see my link.

    If there's some other problem, please write in your native language and provide screenshots of what you're referring to.
