Zotero Connector doesn't add items

Hi,

It seems that when I want to add an item (link to website, pdf previews, etc.) with Zotero Connector, it does not appear in my list on the Zotero app.

What should I do?

What exactly happens when you click Save to Zotero?

I checked the Troubleshooting info, thanks it helped! I just actually needed to reload the page because the articles I had were on my tab for a week.
