manually added bibliography entries disappear

Hello,

I have had to manually add two documents to my bibliography, however, they disappear each time I add a new reference to the paper. Is there a way to work around this?

How are you adding them? By typing them? You don't want to do that.

You can add uncited items to the bibliography by clicking Add/Edit Bibliography and using that window to add the items.
