Zotero Chrome Extension not able to save the PDF for citation

Hello Guys,
I am trying to cite the paper through the Zotero Chrome extension, but I am getting the following error: "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists, see Getting Help for more information."
Following ways I have tried to overcome, but it didn't work:
1. Update Zotero
2. Remove and install the Zotero Chrome extension
3. Update chrome
I appreciate your help and guidance in this matter
