Word plugin finds no references

My word plugin was working fine, finding my references and adding notes. But, all of a sudden, it finds nothing. The box pops up, I can type in it, but there are no references found. Plenty are in my zotero database. Help?

p.s. If I ask zotero to make a bibliography, it can find the info needed to make one for the two references successfully added to this document, before the plug in stopped allowing me to add more.

Sorry -- got it sorted, sort of -- I had created a shortcut for the "add note" macro not "add citation" -- I'm still not sure what the former does, but the latter works.
