Upgrade StorageZotero Connector not saving to my Zotero library

@dstillman: Just added Zotero Connector extension to Chrome this week. Can't get it to work. It's not saving in my Zotero library. I've tried removing it; updating Chrome; etc. Any tips? (This is a university issued laptop -- any chance there's something blocking it?)
