Customizing notes attached to a file, in order to have the comments before the citation

Hello,

I am looking for a way to change the way Zotero copies the citation that I highlighted/commented in the PDF in the attached note file. Currently, citation is first and comments are second, and I would like to reverse the two, and put the comment in bold letters.

Would someone know how to do this ?
