Reference list not generating on document using vancouver style

Hi,
I am a mac user. The list of references is not appearing at the bottom of the document.

Any ideas on how to fix?

You've clicked add bibliography? And if so, how long have you waited and how many citations do you have in your document?

Yes, I had not clicked add bibliography. I am new to zotero and didn't know about this extra step until I watched a video online.
