Upgrade StorageError in Word: Visual basic for applications
Hi, I just started getting an error using the desktop Zotero in word.
"Zotero could not perform this action. Please ensure that a document is open. If you have performed a custom installation of Office, you may need to run the installer again, ensuring that "Visual Basic for Applications" is selected."
This started happening after I upgraded my Mac to the newest operating system (Sonoma 14.4). I use Word 365 and the updated Zotero (6.0.35). It happens in a new blank document, too. I've tried everything listed on the Zotero blog post regarding this and I'm not using word 2011, which I've also found information about.
Can someone please help?
