Fail to import DOI from 月旦知識庫

I failed to import a paper via DOI. The DOI points to 月旦知識庫(http://lawdata.com.tw). Zotero noticed that it could not find the paper.

We currently don't have a way to get metadata for DOIs registered through ISTIC/China DOI (http://dx.chinadoi.cn/) if someone is aware of an open API, we'd be happy to add support
