iOS Syncing Issue

Hello, using Zotero on iOS and syncing doesn’t seem to be fully working. I added documents on my iPad, which were detected by my computer and added, but not vice versa (there are ones added via laptop web plugin that aren’t showing up on iOS app). Dragging down gives the spinning icon and then a refresh, but the items aren’t added. App is up to date and otherwise working. Apologies if I missed another thread, I searched and tried the options I first saw but to no avail.

    Additionally, I just added another item via web plugin and it sync'd with iOS without issue. It seems like there's a block of time from 1/27/24 to 3/8/24 that the syncing didn't work. I have 35 missing items from iOS that don't seem to be on both devices. The one just added that DID sync is: https://www.zotero.org/alexbrwn1/collections/9LYEPEVT/items/IVSYRC6L/collection

    Great, thanks — we've identified the problem. Basically, if you hadn't been using the app and then saved something from the browser that included a PDF, any changes since the last time you opened the app would be skipped.

    We've fixed this for the next version (1.0.31), which should be out within the next day or so. The new version will automatically download any skipped updates, but for now, signing out and in will download your full library. Until 1.0.31 is out, opening the app briefly before saving will make sure you have the latest remote changes.
