Google Earth

Does anyone know of a software that integrates Zotero and Google Earth? I'm thinking, for example, of writing a placemark (a GE text pop-up) with citations and a reference list. The software would work the same way as the plug-ins for Word, Writer, and LyX. If there's no software, is there an easy way to accomplish this manually?

    After 6 year I would like to ask is a PlugIn or another proposal to handle Google Earth data available?
    I would propose to use following meta data related to Google Earth maps, unfortunately this do not fit to the citation of standard maps:
    Date of map: 04/10/2013
    Coordinate: 44°49’46.46”N
    03°19’18.52”E
    Height of view: 141.76 km
    This data should define the whole map. Unfortunately I am not able to write such a PlugIn, so maybe somebody could support.

    There's nothing exactly like this, but there is a QGIS plugin that works with Zotero and seems like it's being actively developed. https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/LiteratureMapper/
