Zotero 7: Switching tabs can result in selected annotation

I noticed in version 7.0.0-beta.68+c31a40c74 (64-bit) on Linux that switching tabs can sometimes result in a selected annotation. An errant keypress (delete) can then result in unexpected data loss.

1. Open 2 PDFs.
2. Switch to the first PDF using the mouse.
3. Hit Ctrl+tab to switch to the second PDF.
4. Hit Ctrl+PgUp to switch back to the first PDF.
5. Notice that an annotation is now selected.

  • We'll fix it — thanks.

By the way, the annotation isn't actually selected, it's only focused. Pressing Tab and then using the arrow keys allows navigating through annotations and links on the current PDF page.

Thanks, you're correct. I didn't actually test hitting delete in fear of losing something, but I should have crafted a more isolated test case.
